Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@boltcricket.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@boltcricket.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom team jerseys and personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or do not match the approved order specification.
