3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

3.1 Standard Shipping (Domestic)

Our standard shipping option delivers within 10–14 business days after processing. This is our most economical option and is eligible for free shipping on qualifying orders (see Section 5).

3.2 Expedited Shipping (Domestic)

Need your gear faster? Expedited shipping delivers within 5–7 business days after processing. This option is ideal if you have an upcoming match, tournament, or training session. Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

3.3 International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 14–28 business days after processing, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal service efficiency. Delivery times may vary and are estimates only.

Important: International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local holidays, and carrier delays beyond our control.

3.4 Custom and Personalized Items

Orders containing custom or personalized products (e.g., custom-engraved bats, personalized kits, or made-to-order equipment) may require an additional 5–10 business days for production before they enter the shipping queue. You will be notified by email if your order includes items with extended processing times.

4. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation. During this period, your items are picked, quality-checked, and securely packaged. Cricket bats, helmets, and protective gear receive extra care in packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Please note:

       Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

       During peak seasons (e.g., cricket season launch, major sales events, and holidays), processing times may extend by 2–3 additional business days. We will communicate any delays on our website and via email.

       Payment must be fully confirmed before processing begins. Orders with pending or failed payments will not ship until the issue is resolved.

 

5. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

5.1 How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, package dimensions, and delivery destination. The exact cost will be displayed before you confirm your purchase — there are no hidden shipping fees.

Free shipping tiers are based on the order subtotal before taxes. Only one tier applies per order — the highest qualifying tier is automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping promotions may not be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.

5.3 International Shipping Costs

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Please be aware that the following additional costs may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient:

       Import duties and taxes: Charged by the destination country’s customs authority upon arrival.

       Customs brokerage fees: Some carriers charge a fee to process customs paperwork.

       Currency conversion fees: Your bank or credit card provider may apply conversion charges.

 

Bolt Cricket is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

       Your unique tracking number

       A link to track your package on the carrier’s website

       Estimated delivery date

 

Tips for tracking your order:

       Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

       If your tracking status has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@boltcricket.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

       For international orders, tracking may be limited once the package is handed to the local postal service in the destination country.

 

7. Delivery Details

7.1 Domestic Delivery

For domestic deliveries, please note the following:

       Signature required: Orders with a total value over $100 require a signature upon delivery to protect against theft and loss.

       Delivery attempts: Carriers will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local pickup point or returned to us.

       Delivery address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Bolt Cricket is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

       P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes via standard shipping only. Expedited shipping requires a physical street address.

 

7.2 International Delivery

For international deliveries:

       Customs and duties: The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

       Customs delays: Packages may be held by customs authorities for inspection. Bolt Cricket has no control over customs processing times and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international orders.

       Refused or undeliverable packages: If a package is refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued for the product value minus any shipping charges incurred.

 

7.3 Large or Oversized Items

Some cricket equipment — such as full-size bats, bat bundles, cricket bags, and large protective gear sets — may ship in oversized packaging. Oversized items may incur higher shipping costs, which will be reflected at checkout. These items are not eligible for P.O. Box delivery.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Bolt Cricket reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain locations due to logistical constraints, carrier limitations, or regulatory requirements. If we are unable to ship to your address, you will be notified during checkout or by email after your order is placed.

We currently do not ship to:

       APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (we are working to add this capability)

       Freight forwarding addresses

       Countries subject to trade sanctions or embargoes

9. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

9.1 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@boltcricket.com. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

9.2 Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

9.3 Stolen Packages

Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Bolt Cricket is not responsible for stolen packages. However, if you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities and contacting the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
